Subscription Terms:

Faithful Foundations Membership is a legal educational product that is 12-months in duration. By purchasing the Membership paid monthly, you agree to a 12-month commitment. Your subscription begins when your initial payment is processed and your subscription will automatically renew each month, for 12 months, without need for notice. You will receive the benefit of the rate for your plan at the time of sign-up so long as you are a member, even as rates increase for new members. Your subscription will renew monthly for 12-months.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription anytime within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing Membership Support at membership@takethenextcall.com. Should you cancel within 7 days of your initial order, you will be fully refunded the sum of your purchase, minus any required administrative fees. Should you cancel after 7 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your payment and service will continue until the end of your 12-month term. An email notification will be sent to you prior to your 12-month renewal date, at which you will have the option to cancel with a 30-day notice without penalty.
